I'm watching Top Chef Masters and tonight's episode was hilarious. More specifically, Chef Ludo Lefebvre is funny, it's the over the top French accent, every time he speaks there are sub-titles. The challenge was street food using offal (the inside bits of the animals). Ludo made quesadillas with pig ears!!
