Bought this first day it was offered by HSN. Just released phone that HSN is already
selling at a big discount. That should tell you something. Looks and feels cheap. This
phone is for 2020 and they include a PIECE OF WIRE to stick in a hole in the side to
open the SIM/memory card slot, but it doesn't work. Not enough space to tell how I
finally opened it. The talk/text/data HSN includes is worth the price of the phone so
I'm not returning it, but when I use up the t/t/d I'm tossing this phone and buying a
better one. Not an LG!

I bought the LG Journey last week, on an impulse. I have only used LG phones since my first cellphone. My only complaint is all the bloatware on it. It took me 2 days to get rid of all the bloat that I didn't want and could uninstall or turn off. There is still stuff I can't get rid of, like the FM radio. It won't let me hide the icons or move them into a "junk" folder. I would prefer that the manufacturer just put on what is absolutely essential to the phone, and let the purchaser add what they want on it. Half the memory is used by all the bloatware that the phone came with.

Lg Journey = Lag Journey
Slowest phone on earth. I was convinced it's screwed up, but I bought it 2 days ago and it took those two days to update which was why I thought it was so slow, but no.. Only has 9 gigs of memory because will take the life of the phone to download 9 gigs of data.
