which of the phones do I get to have video chat with my granddaughter. She said to get an apple, and I have an I-pod but it's 2nd gen. She told me to get a 5th gen. I don't use it that much, so which would be equal to the apple one she said I need?

I have not yet been able to add minutes without some exceedingly inconsistent and frustrating sessions with customer service and tech support. If you read the Tracfone support forum, this is a common complaint. Your issue goes round and around in circles. Also, I was just told by one support person there, that the promotional bonus codes do not work with the Android phones.

The tracfone site sells prepaid minute cards along side data cards, so I assume 2 cards are needed.
