Several times on different phones we have had promo codes as being accepted but not being credited. I have spoken to Tracfone and they agree they have a a problem with the system and are working on a fix. How many months does it take for this fix?

I have not gotten the bonus minutes on two or three purchases last summer. I did not get the 1 G on one purchase. Instead, it was 1023.99 MB.
I have also lost my international minutes on both of my iPhones.

I think I made a terrible mistake by purchasing what I thought was 1.5 gb of data, 1500 texts and talk each. When my phone's minutes did not immediately update I knew something had gone horribly wrong. (I started with 1.5 gb of data on my phone). The customer service chat insisted that this was right, and that I will not get the 1.5 gb I bought until the auto-refill date of 2/22.
Meanwhile, my regular service date ended on Feb 11. I feel like I was ripped off because now I have to wait a year for my minutes. They explained over and over that this is right, but I still do not understand it. (Like why does it say I am getting 1.5 gb of data when I am clearly not. But only that I have the optiont o buy more if my original minutes run out). I don't really believe I am going to get my minutes. I am still confused and angry.
I am not sure which plan I should have gotten to just keep things going the way they were, but if someone can explain it to me in writing, that would possibly help me to get over this intense feeling of anger toward this company.
I never had a problem until now. I spent two and a half hours on sunday screaming at people but there is nothing I can do to fix this.
