Not only does the website go out for days on end, but even when it gives you current balances it makes mistakes. I manage several phones, and once you ask the balance on one phone, it repeats that same balance when you then ask about other phones on the account.

I own an LG 441G actual TracFone from Dec., 2015.
I would like to know if I can trade out the SIM cars that's in this phone to a newer phone, such as the Samsung Galaxy J 7 Crown.
Do I do this myself, or do I bring it to the BYOP in Walmart?
All this 'tech talk" is very confusing to me, a Sr. Citizen new to the world of cell phones, but I DO know that my area and phone are GSM (AT & T).

Does the tracfone account even work to show balances, with everything else out?

Every month we collect and post the new promotional codes from Tracfone here for our readers. There is nothing to click or log into, just an updated list of codes.
Tracfone releases these promotional codes for their customers to use on both 'dumb' phones and smartphones. To use a code, simply add it in the 'promo code' box when buying an airtime card, or have it ready when adding over the phone.

The Tracfone Balance App has not been working since the weekend. They have no idea when it will be restored. It is a major inconvenience.
