I was thrilled to see Promo Code 62269 for Smartphones finally. It did not work. Tracfone said "Not valid for this phone." I don't know how it worked for the anonymous.

I used promo code for 60 minute card and got message to call customer service. I was put on hold 4 times, then transferred and put on hold again. Asked why I am using my minutes for review, my minutes double as it was supposed to but bonus minutes were not. So they fixed the minutes and she finally added bonus minutes. But they used 23 minutes by keeping me on hold. Not happy with that.

Code 70719 for free texts doesn't work on 10/27/18. This must have been shortlived as I check for texts bonus codes occasionally and there hasn't been a valid one for a long time.
