I just tried to use Promo Code 53629.It's for 1 GB Data Free for Smartphones for a $15, $25 or $35 card. It didn't work. The agent said it was because I used it 2 months ago & it can only be used once. I would never have bought the $25 card if I knew that.
I NEED a data code! I bought the $5/1000 texts and thpught i could get tracphone to let me use the code from may to dpuble the texts again, sonce ive been a loyal cuatomer flr over 10 years. Nope. Tracphone ia not the best.... esp customer service wise.
There hasn't been any Promo Codes for Smartphones since July. Why is that? It was a great help getting extra MB's of Data with a Promo Code. Thank you. Jeanne

When I have had a promo code rejected I just call tracfone and they have always let me try a different one until I find one that works.
