The 60 minute code did not work and despite repeated attempts, the site would not let me edit my account info. I was finally able to enter new info after logging in and out several times but my billing phone number shown on the transaction summary was nowhere near the info I had entered. I cancelled the whole thing and gave up, site is acting wonky right now.

The 60 minute code (12745) did not work for me either on 7/13/16

12745 WORKS! I bought a 60 Min 90 Day Card at 5 PM on 07-15-16 online. I got my double minutes + my 60 Bonus minutes. THIS IS HOW . . . ASK FOR HELP!
Once the online transaction completed, I only received 120 minutes (60 Doubled) + 90 service days. I called tech support. I told them I didn't get the bonus minutes. I asked if they could help me with it. They did.
They check the code. They confirm it's valid. They take your phone info, work their magic (a little quiet time, not too long), and you get your bonus minutes.
Also, a tip I'll repeat because it worked for me . . . if the code is not valid you will get an error message on the screen when you try to enter it online. I tested this with random numbers. My made up numbers return a "promo code not valid" in red at the top of the screen. Since this code did not do that, I was confident that it was valid.
The same thing happened last time I added time with a promo code to my phone. They helped me that time, too.
