We have been looking at buying an LG Ultimate 2 cell phone from Tracfone. I have read your above "Tracfone Sales and Discounts List - August 2015". I understand that our present phones from Tracfone uses CDMA. When we put in our zipcode on Tracfone's page, it gives us the LG Ultimate 2 phone as an option. If we bought the LG Ultimate 2 from Amazon, that you gave a link to above, would it work in our area? Would it have CDMA? We don't totally understand CDMA or GSM.

We would like to order the LG Ultimate 2 phone from Amazon if it would work in our area. Would that phone have CDMA? Thanks for all your help. I have used your Tracfone Review blog several times and appreciate your work on this.

Thank you.

Yes, the LG Ultimate 3 from Amazon will work the same as the one listed on the Tracfone website. At this time, all Android phones that are CDMA (phones that have a 'c' at the end of their name, like LG L41C) run on Verizon networks.

Does anyone know if the Moto G 2015 edition is compatible with the BYOP?
