I just entered a 120 minute card on my new LG-840. It's a Triple Minutes phone and gave me those minutes but 0 bonus minutes with that 60 minutes Promo Code. Instead, it told me to phone Tracfone Cust. Support "to complete the transaction". I did and after wading through several minutes of automated robotic instructions, got through to a person. She said she couldn't help me unless I called her back on another phone! A Tracfone-caused problem and I can't get their Cust. Support to correct it from my Tracfone! I gave up in disgust and hung up on her. 8 minutes wasted. Tracfone Customer Support SUCKS!

I just added 1 year service (400 min x 3) plus a promo code (250 min) to my new ZTE android tracfone. The 1200 min came thru - but the 250 did not. Called Tracfone service and was told the bonus minutes do not apply to the new android phones - thought everyone might want a heads up on this new rule!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just had an interesting conversation with someone from Tracfone regarding how to keep track of airtime minutes/days on the new android phones. it turns out the phone is not set with prepaid functions nor can you buy airtime from the phone, only from computer or laptop. so what good is it?? looks like I wont be buy a Android Tracfone any time soon.

I used code 74316 on a 200 minute card and got 60 bonus minutes. I appreciate this blog and use it all the time. Thank you!

I just ran into this issue too. Wish I would have known this before calling customer service. At least they have a call back option. Send emails to Tracfone to get them to change this policy!
