hello! Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment. Hope the woodapple turned out good. If it's still green and sour, you can make a chutney out of it. If it's brown and sticky, you can eat as is. You have an interesting blog here - always interesting to see a non-resident's perspective of india. Also looking forward to seeing your reports on Uttarakhand because we are considering moving there some time. Will be back!
