Why is the "DO NOT SPIT" sign only sign without Hindi translation? Does that mean only white people spit over there?

[Image] I agree with every one of these signs we saw except the surveillance one. I especially agree with the Dust Free Mausmi sign. Awesome.[Image] [Image] [Image]
