Looks like a boy, dressed as Lord Shiva (you know, of the Brahma-Vishnu-Shiva trinity), with the leopard skin loincloth and the snake around his neck. Either trying to get money from tourists or waiting to take his turn in some street theatre group.
Hey! You are absolutely right. He was soliciting cash from tourists. Well, actually, that's not fair he was with his mom and I am thinking it was probasbly her idea. Thank you for the clarification.

[Image]We saw this little girl down an alleyway and down a stone staircase in Rishikesh or Haridwar. I don't know about anyone else but she scared the heck out of me. What did Milton say? It is better to rule in hell then serve in Heaven? I will try Heaven first, if only for a little while. [Image]
