Dave, you asked about getting traffic to your site. Go to Google and click on "about google", from there click on "submit your content to google" from there click on add URL. It will walk you through the process. You can do the same on Yahoo, MSN and any other search engine. You can Google 'search engine' and have many to list your URL (website address) to. Most are however owned by Google, Yahoo and MSN so those are all you really need to list with.
That was very helpful Jen! I didn't know you could add your URL to the search engines. You should have a section or blog with blogging tips and hints, or post links on your site pointing to such helpful sites.

I am changing my blog name to Davy's Locker. Basically, I am still sticking with the technical help and advice for my fellow baby boomers. Hopefully, we can all share our experiences and help each other through this phase in our lives dealing with keeping up with new technologies, aging parents, retirement, job changes and whatever we all go through. I will post the many issues that I face and how I've tried to deal with them and hopefully it will attract others who have had similar experiences and we can all learn from each other.
