Yes, don't pay for it, wait for the video. It was entertaining, but not $20 entertaining.

I have heard they're remaking The Day the Earth Stood Still! I think I saw a teaser trailer too. No good!

As for music, I've been enjoying Katy Perry lately. Also, The Kills and the new Me First and the Gimme Gimme's CD, which is really just a bunch of songs from a recording that took place 10 years ago. If you like cheesy French pop I'd suggest Vanessa Paradis. I'm partial to the song "L'incendie."

oh I like Katy Perry...old new wave is the best. I listen to music on the tv (I know weird huh?) when I am cleaning but after a couple of hours it just repeats itself. Cd's and mp3s too and at work I listen to my mixwit mix. You should go there and type in some of the music you like and it's free too.. www.mixwit.com

I listen to pandora.com all the time. You make your own radio stations, based on a song or artist "seed." You can change what it plays by giving each song a "thumbs up" or "thumbs down." It's completely free and you can have several different stations with different types of music. Just don't delete your cookies or you'll lose all your stations!

Thanks for the suggestions! I was just listening to me first and the gimme gimmes today. Their country cd cracks me up. I love old school traditional country. I've been listening to Black Kids today too. They sound so much like The Cure. I'm gonna have to check out Katy Perry. Pandora is so great. I always forget about that. I've been rehashing all my college days too; The Replacements, Black Flag, Nick Lowe.

I love pretty much every kind of music except some new age stuff. I'm open to anything. Seriously, lay it on me-I will probably like it.
