Gah, those are some cute puppers!

Since I can sew a straight line I'd love to add Sew What You Love to my sewing library. Thanks for the chance to win.

Happy Friday!!!!

Happy Friday, my gorgeous friend!
Both of those books are on my wish list. The Tanya Whelan Sew What You Love is my fave because of the project variety. And because it has curved lines :P Straight lines are often my enemy - not so much the sewing of them, but the cutting!

big huge hugs!

I love sewing! I would love the Sew What You Love book. The puppy picture is killing me in a good way. I wish I could look over at our couch and see my two boys imitating that picture... but instead they're both laying there like little round lumps. Oh well!

I'd love to see what the Sew A Straight Line book is like ... as I find myself wrestling with my sewing machine more and more, and wondering is it me or the machine!? :) (and yes, it's been checked/repaired/given-the-ok mechanically, so I think it's me!!) Bad habits picked up? Laziness? ;)

Hi, I'm quite new to your blog (hope it's okay to enter?)
The book about sewing in a straight line made me laugh, blush, and see that there might be light at the end of the tunnel for me. I get my sewing machine set up, start to sew a seam, it starts to waver and wobble, so my foot slams on the pedal as if by going faster everything will work out right. I still can't live down the "triangle pillow". That's a pillow with a diagonal line sewn across the middle and stuffing at either side.
