It reminds me of all the loveliness in the months to come, and that's when the weather starts cooling off :o) Second favorite I suppose would be winter, because sitting for hours watching movies and snuggling up seems perfectly acceptable in the winter. My favorite season is winter (only because we have so much of it up "north" in Canada), I love spring when everything is "new again", I love fall, with the cooler, crisper, frostier mornings....summer is kinda meh....there are only so many things to take off before becoming indecent! And the bugs....I'll go back to winter now :).

Ohhh! I love it! My fave season has got to be Fall as well, the colors and crisper air is nice, but I just love the feeling. I love looking out my office window and literally watch the season change day-by-day. I love the memories of the anticipation for the first day of school, butterflies in the stomach and all. Oh, autumn is my absolute favorite season! Pumpkin-flavored items, crisp air, snuggling on the couch with a book under a blanket ... how could you go wrong?
It's hard for me to choose a favorite, but I'd have to pick autumn because of all the lovely colors and the cooler temps =) I love snuggling with my honey!
Well my favorite season used to be Spring only because of all the growing things and the snow going away and of course my B-day being in April but now I really love Autumn because all the garden is done, the canning is done for the most part and all the apple cider, pumpkin pies and sweaters :)
Fall to be sure; if you put pumpkin on liverwurst I'd eat it in the Fall.

Oh my little babes! How I have missed you! I'm sure that you know I love all of you but mama sometimes has business to take care of and can't play. And for the record, I am not a fan of work at all. It gets in the way of me having fun. Oh, to have been born rich instead of beautiful. Le sigh....
To make it up to you, I am giving you a chance to win something that I just finished stitching up! This sampler is a vintage pattern (possibly 60's) and the lettering was stitched with hand dyed Japanese silk floss. I am in love with that floss. As you can see, each season is represented and the entire piece is about 16-18 inches across and down.
