can I just ask, what did you use to tranfer the slide show to video and then add music ?

I'd love to do something like that, but don't really know where to start.

Any links or recommendations for software would be lovely if you have time.

I use the windows movie maker that came on my laptop. Almost every photo program I know of has a video option and I really have no preference - other than this is the one that came on my mini!
Best of luck -

Enjoyed your video. My daughter made a yearbook of all her homeschool years from grades 2-8 on Shutterfly. You can create your own design with comments or have the program do it for you. This was a great ed-of-year project involving design, graphics, and photo-editing. Shutterfly offers regular coupons for their photo products.

Hi - Thanks for wanting to share your ideas & comments! I love hearing what others have to say, but just so that everyone is aware, I have the right and option to decide to post a comment or not. Foul language, inappropriate comments, lashing out at the world, or posting irrelevant ad links are a few reasons why posts may be rejected. My daughter & her friends like to frequently see what is being posted so therefore I would like to keep it clean.
I also have a tendency to reject "Anonymous" posts as I feel the content is not verifiable, therefore is often either irrelevant or not viable.
If your comment has been accepted - it will generally appear in less than 24 hours! Thanks Gina
