I'm with you on wanting to see more results and being frustrated at how difficult it is to do workouts with the remote. Sounds like you are doing great though by doing it often. Good luck with your goal for next week...I'm not quite there yet to do all the yoga and strength in the same day. I'm started doing a third each day, and this week did half each day, but it'll be a while before I move up to doing all of them. Good luck again!

Oh, I wish there was a way to set the exercises (yoga and strength) so that we pick the order and then it just runs through continuously. I'm constantly picking that remote up off the floor and putting it back down before the move. It would be really nice. :-)

Happy Friday!

Sounds like you are pretty busy...teaching the kids sounds likea lot of fun!

You know, maybe the fiddling with the wiimote during the Yoga sessions is what's bothering me more than the actual Yoga and my balance issues (and sloped floors)...yeah, that's it, that's what I'm going with! ;)

But you're right - one of the main reviews about the WiiFit is the 'hurry up and wait' that goes on in between doing things. I think that's why I keep repeating stuff - like doing the hula hoop a zillion times, or the step...I keep wanting to beat my last score, so I keep hitting 'try again'...and maybe it's because I don't want to 'pause' and fiddle with the wiimote... ;)

My mission for next week is to do 5 out of 7 days, too! But I'll leave the Yoga to you, 'k? ;)

Kickin' butt and takin' names, girl. I'm proud of you. I spent the first three months thinking I wasn't seeing a difference. My weight was dropping but I didn't think there was a difference in my body. The body takes time to change and being as dedicated as you are will show eventually. I hope to continue to read about your fitness journey. Try the Wii Sports boxing, too. It's a good workout and great way to vent lol.

Hi - Thanks for wanting to share your ideas & comments! I love hearing what others have to say, but just so that everyone is aware, I have the right and option to decide to post a comment or not. Foul language, inappropriate comments, lashing out at the world, or posting irrelevant ad links are a few reasons why posts may be rejected. My daughter & her friends like to frequently see what is being posted so therefore I would like to keep it clean.
I also have a tendency to reject "Anonymous" posts as I feel the content is not verifiable, therefore is often either irrelevant or not viable.
If your comment has been accepted - it will generally appear in less than 24 hours! Thanks Gina
