It sounds like you had a marvelous time!

I would love to make the same move as you, but living in the Bible belt it is kinda hard.

Hi, sorry to post in your comments but couldn't find your email in your blog.

Just letting you know that your PaperbackSwap.com link/button doesn't have your referral id/code in it!

If you login to PBS then goto >> Community >> Spread the word... click on the Personalize Links button. You should see "r_by" added into the links. Then just Copy and Paste.

-oh, they also have a new facebook app out now. You'll find it on the "Spread the Word" page as well.

Just want to make sure you're getting credit for your referrals!
Happy Holidays!

We follow the traditions we were raised with because we live so close to our parents, but we celebrate Solstice with our friends and so do our kids. Every year we have a winter Solstice party for the Adults, which includes dancing and food and gifts..and then during the day we have a sledding party for the kids which includes a Solstice story, hot cocoa, food and gifts. They love it..and so do we :-) We were married on Solstice so we kinda think of the party as our anniversary celebration as well :-) If our parents weren't so close to us though we'd forego the Christmas festivities and just do Solstice as well.

Hi - Thanks for wanting to share your ideas & comments! I love hearing what others have to say, but just so that everyone is aware, I have the right and option to decide to post a comment or not. Foul language, inappropriate comments, lashing out at the world, or posting irrelevant ad links are a few reasons why posts may be rejected. My daughter & her friends like to frequently see what is being posted so therefore I would like to keep it clean.
I also have a tendency to reject "Anonymous" posts as I feel the content is not verifiable, therefore is often either irrelevant or not viable.
If your comment has been accepted - it will generally appear in less than 24 hours! Thanks Gina
