My daughter took me to Ceiba (14th and G) for lunch yesterday...it was wonderful. She had a marvelous blackened fish sandwich and a Caesar salad; I had Peruvian ceviche and Jamaican jerk seasoned salmon with plantains, greens, and rice; we both had the tres leches cake and coffee for dessert. Needless to say, I didn't get much done the rest of the afternoon. This restaurant gets a huge thumbs up for excellence of food and great service.

I'm not a big restaurant weeker - it doesn't mesh well with vegetarianism but PS7 had a lovely nutty goat flatbread and gorgeous risotto. We had to get two desserts (to share, of course).
