It's been some time since I've had time or energy to write anything here. I have nothing pithy to say today, we have been installing the new cast here for what seems like ages and are nearly done. Things seem good, for the moment.
I randomly heard the following lyrics for the first time in a long while yesterday and I think it's because I needed to. It is very much where I am, if you know the song it's from.

Notice every tree. Understand the light. Concentrate on now.
