I am not a dba and i am not aware about this. i am technical guys. So, my problems is i am run oracle Apps 11i on my laptop. Some time ago, i had a problem regarding error when i connect the database, it throw error; ORA-01033: ORACLE initilization or shutdown in progress. How i overcome this error. Please Help

This error usually comes when ur Oracle Apps instance is not fully started or Shutdown
do following steps
Stop database and listener
and restart your machine and
perform the steps in the Blog

When i tried to login the R12 page,it is throwing internal server 500 error...
