The Bush administration uses Republicans’ fear of losing their majority to push through ghastly ideas about antiterrorism that will make American troops less safe and do lasting damage to our 217-year-old nation of laws — while actually doing nothing to protect the nation from terrorists. Democrats betray their principles to avoid last-minute attack ads. It is madness.
The only way that I can fight this... well, the only way that I will fight this... is with words.
And so I proclaim that I will, forthwith, refer to the US President, as King. I am not the first to do so. I am not the first to recognize that since King George II has more rights than an average citizen, he is no longer an average citizen.
