MSN can locate you based on your IP address. Though it does not pin point the location due to IP addresses are based on the ISP. Here is where I live @ Here More details, if you don't know about VirtualEarth. I looked at Google Earth also, but it requires you to install a huge application on your machine. On other side MSN Earth requires a small installation if you want to use "Locate Me" via IP address.
