Becky's sick today. It's like a puke-fest over here this weekend; a veritable barf-o-rama. We spent some time at Lake Park and Rancho San Rafael Park yesterday, and found the following two caches, along with the "Jessica's Scooby-Doo" travel bug:
Updated my copy of Firefox to 1.0.3 today. This update addresses the nine new Mozilla security holes that were discovered over the weekend. Even with the latest update, I still feel vulnerable using Firefox - my online experience is riddled with insecurity and apprehension because I know that another batch will be uncovered within a fortnight, and hindsight so unabashedly teaches us that we're foolish to smugly rest easy in our false sense of security.
Speaking of which, here's a great explanation of "pharming" attacks - a pitfall from which no browser can protect you. As if that weren't alarming enough, LexisNexis admitted last Wednesday that hackers may have stolen 310,000 social security numbers and other personal data from them. Smooth.
