I don't want to admit that.. :P I actually enjoyed the rain the other day on my way back from lectures. It felt kinda reviving.. :)

I once heard that "rain is not sad - sad is the person who watches the raindrops go down the window".. And I really think that it depends more on your momentum state, than on the way you were initially "programmed", if rain makes you feel this way:
