I'm no fan of the series of films Bob Z made at his studio, but I'm sad to see so many people put out of work.

Meanwhile, we're watching the death of the studio founded by Walt and Roy. Sad.

I heard. I'm sorry for the employees. It's a shame when any studio closes. Core was one of the larger studios in town and one with feature experience in effects and character animation. It's a big loss.

Seems really early to be making the decision, but then again...most of the work is going overseas at this point.
