Dear Mark, I love all the work you are doing with this visual drafts......do you think it would be possible to have the "wonderful"Jungle book done that way ?

Watching this film as a little boy, shots 158-161.1 were the ones that stuck with me. That was the "Whoa! Cool!" moment for me.

I don't think the Disney crew ever reached for that kind of moment again until the climax of "Oliver and Company."

Lucaf, these mosaics are possible only because Hans Perk has collected these animation drafts and published them on his blog, alfilmla.blogspot.com. If Hans has the draft to The Jungle Book and he posts it, I would definitely do a mosaic for that film.

Stevef, there was a real hot rod car culture in California in the '50s and '60s and I'm sure that the scenes you mention were inspired by that.

I have always loved the scenics in shot 144. 181.3 is nice too, as I love violent crashes! And to look at all the fantastic detail put into animation of flying autoparts, they pull it off magnificently!
