You're welcome and more importantly, thank you for the articles...and here's one last chunk of wood to throw on the fire (specific to the Canadian animation industry) and it hurts:

"
I envy stand up comedian for two reasons . First, they get to finish their work in real time , as opposed to animation work for weeks , months or years before it reaches the audience . Second, there is nothing separating a comedian and the audience is . Artists working on these features can sit in a movie theater and see their work with the audience , but artists working in TV or games do not get that opportunity . They only get an abstract version of the audience in the form of sliding rate or finance. It was quite cold compared to see and feel everyone in the reaction . " It is difficult to tell you the truth, every profession has its bad side lwoij face , but if you really love comedy and passionate software with it , you would not say so ? When you stand on the stage that you are taking for everyone to see , all fun, .... let your passion for your favorite craft do not envy other people , nothing is perfect, my friend

The point is that creative people in many fields are realizing that the old structure is obsolete and that there are opportunities out there for anyone who chooses to pursue them.
