I flipped through a copy of it at a local Barnes & Noble the other day. Like Dan said, there only seemed to be a bit more information on animal movement & several other miscellaneous bits here & there. The DVD included is a promotional piece advertising his DVD boxset, I got the same DVD when I met Dick at his show at the MOMA a while back.
I believe the purpose of the expanded edition was to include information that he included on the DVD's, but did not (or forgot to) include in the initial editions of the book. Unfortunately I did not really delve too far when I was at the store, so I'm not sure whether if it's worth replacing my old copy. But for those who haven't picked up the book yet, this one's definitely the way to go.

Technique over Content. That's Richard Williams. This book is good for the mechanical issues, but not very good for acting, or staging. It's a VERY over rated book, and I usually can tell the techies from the real animators by whether or not this book is on their desk.

The cover is above and the contents for the additional material are below. If anyone has a copy of the revised edition, please leave your thoughts about the new material in the comments.

the book is definately thicker. we got copies in at the shop. it comes with a dvd and seems to have a bit more on animal cycles and such.
since the price is the same, anyone that doesnt have a copy yet, would be better off with the new one.
