Hi Mark, Really looking forward to seeing you again in Ottawa and catching up. I'll be there on Thursday AM and expect to have a great time.

Hey Mark,
Yeah, but who's the 8 ft. tall gal standing behind you in that photo? Nyuk nyuk nyuk...

Mark, I'm going to be at Ottawa , too. (my first time back to Ottawa in over 20 years, since I worked there on my first animation job, straight out of Sheridan College. I'm already nostalgic !)

I hope I can find you and say "hi" . We've never met before, but I sure enjoy your blog . Are you going there in connection with Sheridan ? Do they have a booth or something I should look for ?

Mike, I'm also looking forward to seeing you.

Peter, that's Katie. She's grown since you last saw her.

David, I believe that Sheridan will have a booth, but no one has talked to me about spending time there and to be honest, I'd prefer to see films and friends. If you spot me, just introduce yourself.

(Oh no! Now my picture is going to show up every time I leave a blog comment? As soon as Ottawa is over, the picture goes!)

Mark,

Well I'll assume that you're sitting down in the picture and that young Katie is not the giantess she appears to be! Sure is a funny illusion, though - makes you look like the kid instead of her. Have fun in my ol' hometown of Ottawa!

Mark, I'll be in Ottawa this year, so I'll be sure to say hello. It'll be my third year in a row—I look forward to seeing all the films and meeting all the filmmakers and animators there. It's a great scene.
