Do not allow yourself to be bilked by UPS. They serve as their own brokerage so you are likely to be charged an extra $40 in their own brokerage fees - higher than anyone else in the business.

In trying to order Walt's People Vol. 3, I discovered that Xlibris.com won't allow anybody outside the U.S. to order via their website. An email exchange revealed that for two books, the shipping and handling cost to Canada was $59.10, as they only ship via UPS. That's not the cost of two books plus shipping, that is for shipping ALONE!
The first two volumes are currently available at Amazon.ca, Amazon.com and BarnesandNoble.com. The books are slightly more expensive from these services, but there's an upside. If you're in Canada and order the first two books from Amazon.ca, you get them shipped to you for FREE, a darn sight cheaper than $59.10 U.S.
Walt's People volume 3 is expected to be available from online booksellers in a couple of months. When I know that volume 3 is available, I'll note it here.
