Vòm mây trắng dưới trời thu xanh ngát
Gió đầu mùa se lạnh cõi lòng ta
Đã bao năm xa cách chốn quê nhà
Nhìn lá úa nhớ một thời dĩ vãng
Đời viễn xứ những đêm dài ngao ngán
Giọt cà phê pha lẫn ánh sao trời
Mắt nhạt nhoà cay khói thuốc sầu vơi
Ai thấu hiểu nỗi lòng người di tản
Vết thời gian in sâu trên vầng trán
Tuổi đã già đời còn lại bao năm?
Biết ngày mai có thấy được sông Bằng
Hay thân xác chôn vùi nơi giá lạnh
Đàn chim nhỏ lựơn khắp trời tung cánh
Rời xa ta xây mộng ước hải hồ
Ôi cuộc đời là một kiếp hư vô
Như chiếc lá mãi bay về vô tận
