Breanne - it's January, I swear it. I think that after the holidays its kind of let down time and then the weather doesn't help much. I am trying to get exercising because I think it really makes a difference in how we feel. So come to the rec center and ride a bike with me - it's quite a work out if you really push yourself. You just need to get out - so you aren't cooped up too much! Hang in there!
This time of year and having a husband gone a lot is hard. It will be over soon!
