For Xander's 13th birthday he wanted to go to The Pizza Factory for dinner. [Image] [Image] He loves Root Beer Floats and the breadtwists. [Image] [Image] Morri and Liza joined us for dinner too! [Image] [Image] All he wanted was a game night with friends. So he invited Josh Slaugh, Kyle Kober and Kenny Prigmore over for pizza & Smash Bros. [Image] [Image] [Image] [Image] His actual birthday was on a Sunday. We totally surprised him with his very own phone! We got a used iPhone 5s on Amazon for less than $100. [Image] Needless to say, he was VERY excited. We had it all set up and had told family to text him a birthday wish, so that he had a bunch of messages when he turned his phone on for the first time! [Image] He wanted this SpaceRail set that we saw at Comic-Con and was looking forward to putting it together, but it was really difficult and had little to no instructions on how to build it. So, sadly, we had to take it back. [Image] That day we went to a mission homecoming for a distant cousin, Zach Tolman. It was great to have so much family around and we got this great picture of boys! It's amazing that Xander is one of the younger boys and he's just as tall as the rest of them. [Image] There were some awesome leaves in the yard and the little girls were loving playing in them. [Image] [Image] [Image] [Image] We then headed over to the new All-Together Playground at the Orem Library park. The kids really loved it!
