you might want to check that... i was of the understanding that the hotel is located in the podium, and consists of a number of suite-sized rooms that the developer has retained ownership of. so very different to oaks or even quay west - i think the hotel even had a separate lobby.

The Mosaic Apartment complex in the Valley will include a Grand Chifley Hotel. I hope that the building is constructed to comply with all the proper fire regulations for a hotel.
