I went to the Ray White auction yesterday.  Some results concerning apartments:
Apt 2804 Charlotte Towers, 1 bed, 1 bath, no car - sold prior to auction Apt 2808 Charlotte Towers, 2 bed, 2 bath, 1 car - sold for $510,000. Apt 3409, Festival Towers, 2 bed, 2 bath, 1 car - passed in at $480,000. Apt 287, River Place, 2 bed, 2 bath, 1 car - unsold, inspect now!
