I agree that Hogwart's should teach Sex Ed, but this petition needs updating. It suggest that Dumbledore ought teach the Sex Ed class. But he died in Book VI!!! Maybe the petition is a couple years old, but if not, the creators need to catch up on their Harry Potter reading.
Perhaps Dumbledore could teach it as a ghost. If my recollection of Hogwarts history is correct, there are well established precedents for deceased faculty members working with students.
