GEORGE? GEORGE WHO?....Gavin Esler of the BBC:The Democrat campaign seems to boil down to one phrase: "We're not George Bush." And the Republican campaign is similarly taut: "We're not George Bush either."Sounds about right. I suspect that Democrats have the better of this argument, though.I don't think it's that simple, but there's some truth there.
