Personally, I have a problem to accept the validity of such relatiosn as ΔE*Δτ >= h/2 "as is", as long as no proper definition of what the heck "Δτ" stands for in QM and how exactly is to be measured in an actual experiment.
It seems, the first correct definition in the literature is to be found in Ballentine (70)

Also in Arbastky for the EM field

Yes, in general it's quite ambiguous what it means. In this case it's the average lifetime of the state.

Determination by measurement of electron antineutrino mass is important and strongly funded,

Modeled signal

Tritium specific activity = 28.8 Ci/mmol, 3.016049 g/mole. 1 kCi = 0.0347 moles or 0.105 g. Nb is 92.9064 g/mole, d = 8.57 g/cm^3, then 3.22 g Nb if one Nb/T. X-ray diffraction will give Nb atom thermal ellipsoids at any temperature.

Very reasonable Nb foil samples can be fabricated and characterized. Do it.

Sure, but what I had in mind was the correct relation for "time" measurements as given in (3.0) of the original Ballentine's paper. And you said that they embedd Tritium on some metallic substance.
Consider the alternative observable to be a macroscopic electric field or potential applied to the two edges of a rod with Tritium. Then I could try the technology already developed by us here as explained below
http://cag.dat.demokritos.gr/lelant.php
With an appropriate Pulse Forming Line waveguiding of the pulses I could possibly reduce the field rise time down to picosecs. Just wondering!

Tritium illumination

Willard F. Libby discovered that tritium could be used for dating water, and therefore wine. Kaufman, Sheldon; Libby, W. (1954). "The Natural Distribution of Tritium". Physical Review 93 (6): 1337. Bibcode 1954PhRv...93.1337K. doi:10.1103/PhysRev.93.1337.

Looking for He 3 would be important right?

Best,

As a manifestation of quantum gravity can serve every phenomena, in which the quantum mechanics predictions are compensated with these relativistic ones: you, me and whole the world at the human observer scale.
