It's a pink butter cream frosting kind of day.

[Image]Pink sugar sprinkles dance on swirled frosting.
[Image]Fluffy white french vanilla cupcakes melt in your mouth.
[Image][Image]Buttercream Frosting:
1 package powdered sugar (16 ounces)
1/2 cup butter, softened (1 stick)3 tablespoons milk2 teaspoons vanillaBeat sugar, butter, milk and vanilla with electric mixer at low speed until well blended and smooth. If frosting becomes too thick, beat in additional milk by teaspoonfuls until the frosting is of spreading consistency. Add a little Wilton food coloring, if you like.
I use my Wilton decorating kit to frost the cupcakes. It's much easier then trying to frost them with a knife.
