Truly, one of the things I look forward to after Christmas is over is seeing the Valentine's goodies in the stores. Valentine's is such a nice time for crafts and shabby little projects, don't you think?

Happy New Year! I know it's hard to let go of the holidays...it just seems to be a blur. It goes by so fast. And, now we must look ahead to Valentine's Day. It just seems to early. I love your holiday dining room, it's just beautiful! Perhaps you can hang onto that for awhile longer.

Hi darling Ele!! So glad you're back!! Glad you had a wonderful holiday with your family----your boys will be back before you know it :) I love your Valentine yummies! Can't wait to start making a few things for my 2nd favorite holiday! Just for the record, I kept the white lights in the kitchen above the cabinets, left a small tree adorned with your ornaments in the dining room....and we kept Jake's tree in his room full of Troll babies and candy cane sticks....LOL Who cares! Love you and hope your hot chocolate was yummy and keep warm with your socks :) Miss you!!

It's easy for me to let Christmas go because my absolute favorite time of year is Valentines Day. I was born 2 days after, so I'm a bit of a romantic at heart. I love everything about this Holiday.
Your newest creations are terrific, love the reds and pinks together. Also, your Christmas table is beautiful, very picturesque.
Have a great day!

Ele, I have been working on Valentine's Day too. Although I'm not quite sure it is a big selling holiday, I'm enjoying my time creating some pretties just the same.

I love your Valentine creations, they are beautiful. I adore using German Scraps too! I used up all my really Vintage Valentines on a couple of wreaths I made. Now they are all gone. I'm going to have to go out scouting for more this weekend.

Take care sweets,

Cath

Hi Ele!

The V Day giveaway was a great idea. I wish I had thought of it!

What a lovely home you have...I especially like the pinks and aquas. I've been a pink lover since I was a teen. My mother used to chuckle when I'd walk out with my pink outfit including handbag and shoes. What I must have looked like!

Thanks for the peek at my blog. I'm going to check out your store!

I have trouble letting go of Christmas, too. Inevitably, I always get sad right after Christmas because I'm not done with the frolic. Then my love of Valentines just pops up like a jack-in-the-box! It does help that my Birthday is in January. At least it provides distraction.

Hi Ele,
Thanks for coming to visit my site...I have been checking on yours so I was glad to see that you had just posted a new entry on blog.
Don't worry I think we ALL have held onto our decorations longer this year for some odd reason. I STILL have some of my stuff too! HA! My daughter assures me though...that in Russia they don't even celebrate Christmas until in January. I checked....and that's true so we are all okay then. Well, I guess we are STILL behind though since today is the 10th! Ugh! Guess we best get on with the dismantling process. I did love all your Valentine's things. I'm working on a few fun things myself! I will come visit again soon I have you bookmarked!
Be blessed,
Joyce M.

Hi Ele,
I'm almost afraid to admit it, but I'm glad to be rid of Christmas. The house looks airy and spacious, but I do pine for spring now. I was never big for Valentine's Day, but the blogs are inspiring me this year. I love your creations -- beautiful!

Oh my stars!! That is exactly the look that I wanted this year for Christmas but I just couldn't with the kids and all. They love the gaudy stuff. See, if I'd have had a room like that, I wouldn't want Christmas to end either! Blessings.. Polly
