I do believe I have almost the same lovely shiny brass chandelier, but I don't think I was wearing that awesome outfit when I bought it LOL Mine is about to turn white.

I like the new look. Definately looks so different and I can't wait to see where you put it.

I too have a chandalier that is just...too shiny and I'm threatening to have one of my guys take it down so I can paint it. They look at me in disbelief and that rather scares me to do anything with it...thank you for the inspiration!!

Love the transformation, Ele! I've got that same brass fixture over my kitchen table. Came with my 1998 house. I've already gotten another chandy, tole, that I've just cleaned up and need to repaint & add some prisms to. Then I'll be up-to-date, too! Love how yours turned out. Could it be going into the sunroom?!?
