Oh Ele...everything is gorgeous..what a wedding cake too!!!! I LOVE Red roses..I held a bouguet of red roses...Gary was always so good to give them to me..so I thought they'd be nice to have.
How neat that you could be such an intragal part of that day!
Hello Ele, beautiful flowers and you did a great job of arranging them. The cake is georgous and the tables look soooo pretty! Thanks for sharing! Bless you, Shirl Shirls Rose Cottage
Oh, my goodness! I can just SMELL those roses, Ele! What a GORGFEOUS job you did! I knew you would, of course, but seeing them is delightful! And that cake? I don't know if I could have cut it! So pretty!
How sweet of you to help like you did! That was a lot of work, but hey, working with roses, not too shabby huh? Your elegant touch is quite obvious and what a lovely reception!
These flower arrangements are just beautiful. How talented you are. I just love them! The reception is a lovely one...the table...and lamps...the CAKE...so lovely. thank you for sharing. Judi
Wow, that is amazing...Growing up in a house full of flowers and eventually helping mum do the weddings (only the pew ends and tables though not the bouquets) I know exactly how much time she use to put into it... she's an old fashioned florist and wires each flower individually... I think a lot of the town florists over here use oasis and mum was always wary of the thought of flowers dropping out!
It all looks gorgeous what a wonderful start to their married lives... xxxx
Hi Ele, You have been busy, red roses are my favourite, I had them in my bouquet too, the cake looks fabulous and what a great idea having a nature theme. Cheers Linda
Oh how beautiful. You should just pat yourself on the back because that bride is going to just love the flowers. I love the cake too. It was good to have your visit. Have a great day Hugs Becky
Love the cake too, how fun! Nature Themed eh? I have never done a wedding like that so thanks for the ideas! Those kisses would be all eaten up if I attended haha!
Yes I LOVE that girlie things are so "IN" right now! Thanks so much for your visit. I have been so ill and not able to visit much so I will keep tabs more now that I am better!
Hi Ele! I will be hoping for your icky snow to melt away and flowers to bloom where you are :):) I am so sorry you are still having to look at that icky white stuff!
You did a gorgeous job on those flowers Ele!! I had no idea you were so good at arranging flowers! I shouldnt be surprised, you rock at everything!!

Thanks for stopping! Yes...you are so right it took me some time to get it down. I found this new liquid glue that is supposed to be like hot glue (without all the burns) I wish I had found that when I was doing this project. The project took me hours to go through 2 huge bags of flocked eggs and get the sizes I wanted and colors and so on. I look at them now and they are not perfect at all, but that is what gives them charater, right? Well, that's what I keep telling myself! LOL! I forgot to add that I used styofoam cone under and on top of the green flora foam to make shape. If that helps! And I did spray paint some tufts of my moss to a brighter green, a bit of work but I liked the look! Thanks for stopping by!
What a wonderful wedding theme! Love it and, like you, loved the cake design. I'm such a casual person and appreciate what's around us. Nicely done! You have a great job, it appears! Have a nice weekend, -susan

It's been a busy week. I, along with two wonderful helpers, put together wedding bouquets, arrangements, corsages, and boutonnieres with 175 white and red roses. The brides bouquet had white roses in the center.
[Image] [Image] Bridesmaids bouquets were lush with red roses. [Image][Image] The reception was centered around a nature theme. We put miniature roses and leather leaf on the tables. [Image][Image] Love this cake. [Image] Oil lamps made of beautiful rocks carried on the nature theme. [Image]Blessings, Ele
