I have to concur there. I've seen a lot of crabs eaten by our giant pacific octos but at least with them, it's over pretty quickly. This one looks a bit like the whole "death by a thousand cuts," sorta deal.
Nautili are so dern cool though. I mean, every time I see an ammonite fossil (the jem versions being the official stone of my province) I'm amazed that these modern relatives are still jetting around our oceans. Very, very cool.
I do so enjoy the mental image of a nauti as a giant building-crusher. ;)

Now why is it that no one seems to have made a horror movie about a giant Nautilus yet? I mean a giant squid that is scary, but a nautilus....creepy and scary!

Wouldn't this be a great setup for the next Garangutuan-Destroys-Japan movie? Nautilutron has to fend off the evil Crabra to save Tokyo? Anybody with me?
As a side note, I have never felt so much sympathy for a crab. It's one thing to get tossed into boiling water and end up in the next crabfeed. It's quite another to fall prey to a nautilus for all the world to see.

It's true. And this picture makes me sad for the crab. But it also makes me think of melted butter...
