Once again, thank you SO much for sharing some of your lovelies with us Jade!
"Blue Gooty," is one of the most beautiful spiders I've ever seen. I have a huge, hi-res picture of one as the wallpaper on my laptop and it's been an ambassador and conversation-starter in many situations. I like to think I'm changing the world, one spider-hater at a time. ;)
[Image]Jade sent us some new photos of his more reclusive spiders. What inspired them to come out and play, or at least to be captured on film (or diginess) we'll never know.
I never knew tarantulas came in these colors. Jade, if you can make them less hairy and spidery then I might be your number one customer!

Poecilothelia metallica (blue Gooty ornamental).
Ephebopus cyanognathus (blue fang skeleton).
And yes, Wombat- they're outstandingly beautiful. These are the ones who command the big bucks! :)

Wonder if these guys fluoresce like Scorpions do. I know some spiders do. Anyone?
(That'd be a good post, btw Wombat. Fluorescing scorpions!)
