Sometimes when we're gardening, we'l run across a june bug grubs. We collect them in a bowl and then when we're done we feed them to the chickens who love them. So grubs in a bowl are not too gross, it's more retribution.
These may be a delicacy for some, but they are just gross to me. Just imagine the popping sound it would make if you bit into one! Yuck :(

A bowl full of grubs. I can't get a sense of perspective: is this a large serving crystal bowl, or is it a small plastic piece? Are the grubs freshly dug up and on display as a curiosity, or do I see candied bits of food in the corner, indicating that the grubs might be served up as food?
