Despite the fact that we have World's Ugliest Dog contests, it is difficult to find true ugly photos of dogs (unless they are a Chinese Crested - stay tuned).
This mutt, though, complete with her Rasta dreads make the grade. I'm surprised at the snow, though. I would have expected a sandy beach and at least some steel drums.
