Let it go on the record that while everyone else doubted it, I knew it was coming! Well technically I thought it would be Shenmue HD but I did say it would be either that or Shenmue III. I'm pretty sure I'm psychic. ;-) https://youtu.be/TnIcel3gq28

I know i said it before but I still can hardly believe its coming, its almost at 3m as I type, hopefully it goes all the way up to 4m and beyond!

On a side note the Xbox version of Shenmue II did indeed have English voice over, that was the version hackers used to patch the Dreamcast version with english speech.

You know what's bull@#$! ? Running over to kickstarter to back the project and finding out you can only back through a creditcard.

Hopefully they'll quickly implement the paypal paying method...
That would see definitly more stretchgoals reached at least thats what i think.

And for Tom: nobody will blame you for turning off shenmue 2 because of that kongo guy lol

Great podcast boys! Thanks for the mention Caleb! I'm ecstatic at the moment! It's brought me back into the works of Shenmue, my favourite ever game. Big love from Father K! 😆

Father K! Where the f*ck have you been?!?! I kept the kettle warm all this time, but I fear the biscuits may have gone soft...

Ah dear Tom! I've been trawling in the outer Hebrides, gun running in the rum soaked bars of Havana, whaling in the Caspian Sea and procuring the finest Moroccan merchandise from the Souks of Marakesh. And in Moss Side mostly, lamenting the fall of Blockbuster and still living cheaply by playing last gen bargains repeatedly. I have moved onto the PS4 within the last couple. Dreamcasts and games were all packed away in the loft when they began to take over the family home! Now I'm liberating them from their captivity! In the spirit of Shenmue 3, they shall rise again!!!! Oh and I've eaten a few soggy biscuits in my time...😉

Oh and on my TV right now I'm Mr. Hazuki, spending my first night in the Come Over guest house. On the Xbox 360 though... Dreamcast start lead ordered off Amazon prime and a copy of Shenmue in the post, so I don't have to go rooting around in the loft...

Have you been watching c-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser Gate? Sorry, your previous comment reminded me of the speech from Blade Runner! Does this mean you'll be making a return to the 'Yard?

Also - the soggy biscuit comment was not wasted on me. Vile. XD

I'd love to make a return to the 'Yard, although I'm not sure I'd qualify as a correspondent these days as my entire collection is packed into plastic boxes in the loft. The last homebrew game I purchased was "wind and water something". As mentioned in my last reply, I now have a DC up and running. But the podcast impressed me so much. Hearing you and Gaz and Caleb chatting away about Shenmue 3 made me desperate to join in! So in short, I'd love to!

Why thank you. I will certainly do just that! Forgive my tardy reply. I'm at Castle Rigg Stone Circle celebrating the summer solstice! I'm keen as mustard. Need to get through the next few weeks at school (my busiest time of the year) and then I've a whole summer to devote to bringing myself up to speed with all things Dreamcast. Looking forward to our further correspondence!☺
